Meet Coach Megan

I have always been passionate about the health and fitness space. I played a lot of sports growing up and once I got to college, my partying and less than ideal food choices led me to the unhealthiest version of myself. I was your typical cardio bunny who tried to eat as little as possible in the hopes that I would lose weight. I tried all of the fad diets, fat burners and temporary fixes but nothing worked. When I stopped looking for quick temporary fixes and slowly changed my lifestyle, things just clicked for me.

I want to share my experiences and help people be the healthiest versions of themselves both physically and mentally. I want to help people find a balance that works for them, find movement that they enjoy, and eat the foods that they love in moderation. Making these changes takes time but slowly incorporating healthier habits will add up and become second nature. I am excited to get to know you and help you reach your nutrition and fitness goals!
